After having stopped weight training for several months due to illness, Im back in the game. I started with 2 weeks of very light lifting just to get my joints and connective tissue ready for heavy training (my favorite kind). In the past I've taken the very low rep range and very heavy weight approach. This has resulted in good strength gains but not much in the way of size.
