What d3vild0g0341 Is Up To

d3vild0g0341 created a new BodyBlog entry "Heavy Volume Training.".

After having stopped weight training for several months due to illness, Im back in the game. I started with 2 weeks of very light lifting just to get my joints and connective tissue ready for heavy training (my favorite kind).  In the past I've taken the very low rep range and very heavy weight approach. GymRaider I'm going to start these immediately. I'm trying to loosen up the hips so I can get my glutes more "engaged". It's hard to do a good squat as tight as I am. Thanks for the great info! Jun 17, 2010 2:20pm

WheatiesGuy Hey, I see you took Isa Test Im in the middle of a cut cycle right now and im not to intrested but come september when i bulk back up im thinking about taking it.... so far from wut ive been reading and ingredients ive been studying its the best Natural Test Booster on the market.
