Lifting is on a 4 day split.
monday-back/bi
tuesday-chest/tr i
thursday-legs
friday-shoulders
I do about 4 exercises per muscle group as heavy as I can with good form.
I fit in wrestling sessions whenever I can usually 1 or 2 times a week until the season starts. I also do a long distance run once a week and sprints once a week. I've been trying to get some plyometrics going but as of now I can't find the time and I don't know too many exercises. |
