Got a call from a local gym about a cheap promotion and having been interested in starting to get myself fit this was my ticket in without feeling overwhelmed.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling after a workout when you know you've given your all. You get home and can hardly lift your arms or legs to make a shake.
How I Stay Motivated:
I aim to better my results in the gym. That and my gf is a fitness instructor and could run rings around me.
BB Accomplishments:
I successfully lost a good 10kg in the last 12 months and have kept it off.

I have always been a big guy and while I have been big I haven't been overly fat just always had a big beer gut and the double chin. Have been working out for the last two years with some average results.
Now I'm getting serious with the help of the bodybuilding.com community I'm going to transform my body like never before just watch and enjoy.
Hey guys still at it but just don't have the time to keep everything up to date. My forum log here on bb.com has my latest efforts recorded just haven't kept up with the blog.
Have tweaked the diet and am swapping my stair runs for fasted cardio runs in the morning which should be a nice...
Following Madcow's 5x5 Intermediate training program but only increasing the weight every two weeks instead of each week and starting low and working up to my max lifts.
Hiya Chris, it's cooled down a little now. Got workout in today - the old home gym doesn't have an aircon so I do my workouts as early as I can to avoid heat. Bloody hate summer!! You're hard at it judging by your blogs - got big plans for 2008? I'm looking to workout harder than I ever have (about time!). Catchya later, mate.
G'day Chris, Greetings from Western Australia, mate. Been reading through your blogs and you're doing well there. Keep up with the workouts and yeah, sure as hell know about those hot days. Cooled down a little over here in the West. All the very best with achievement of your goals!
