I must eat, eat a a lot. I think this is the biggest downfall of my training program. I eat a decent amount but apparently not enough. My new goal is to eat every two hours. I started yesterday and it's a bit of a pain in the ass but obtainable. I"m sure it will be pretty routine before...
Monday: Back/Biceps/Shoulders, Thursday: Legs, and Friday Chest/Triceps. I do either hills or stairs on Tuesday's, swim on Wednesday's and a nice slow 4.2 miler through the valley on Saturday's. I normally sneak in a hike or some surfing at least once on the weekends.
Yes, I'm feeling better now..thanks for asking. I like running too but not for extended periods of time. Generally I do HIIT and get on and off the treadmill as quick as possible =) Happy Holidays!
Sick actually....so not that great =( Will likely go to the Dr's today to see whats up. How about you? Still enjoying your new car I hope =) How's training?
The weather here is crisp but it's Canada and to be expected in October =) My weekend was pretty low key. Congrats on your purchase, hope you took her for a drive?

workouts are going good. adding a little more cardio into the regime. 10 minutes or so each day after lifting just to get the blood going in the whole body. seems to be working well. good luck with your training
