My eating has been decent for the past week and a half, definitely an improvement over what it was prior to when I decided to get really focused on getting rid of all this fat on April 19th. Here is my problem...because of my work schedule and commute, i find it very difficult to get to the gym...

Hey girl! Definitely plan as much as you can for your holiday. If you're eating out, check out online the restaurants in the area for their menus and take a look at what's available. Most places are pretty accomidating. If they have salad and chicken on the menu you can ask for it. lol Depending on the dressing I usually get it on the side if it's a vinagarette I just leave it on the salad. You can do it!
