Goal (Long):
After feeling like a failure, many times over, I have done some soul searching. I now understand that I need to give myself more time to attain my goals, and my goals need to be attainable. As a result, I am breaking my BIG goal into portions. First goal-fat loss, second goal-muscle gain, and third goal look great in a swimsuit in Hawaii.
Decided to negate my day 2 high rep leg day, and went with a heavy leg day. I am wondering what results I will get from hitting my legs 3x a week...and now with one heavy day. I L O V E going heavy; it is a H I G H!!!

hey, dont get yourself down.keep your head up and everything will be alright.dont get into a situation that, you cant climb out of. just take a very deep breathe and clear your mind and ideas will come..you'll find a solution..just a friendly advice
