i want to increase my endurance, decrease my body fat %, and increase my muscle strength dramatically!!
Goal (Long):
i want not only to compete, but to win!
skills i need to perfect...
bench press 60% of my bodyweight for 50 reps,
20 inch box jump (50 jumps timed),
obstacle course (includes...ten foot wall, incline/decline monkey bars, hurdles, running grid, cargo net, sprint,
shuttle run,
and last but not least.....grace and physique!! :)
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 16 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
11%

so today was day 1 with my trainer. i was excited and ready for a good workout! we started out with the body fat test which was WAY higher than i had expected. a whopping 25%. i guess its okay compared to the rest of the country. but the chart rates that as "fair" which royally bummed...
today was just a day to get to know my new trainer and for him to get to know where i am physically and what my goals are. i warmed up with about a mile on the tread mill then we went into the aerobic room. did some ball exercies (pike) and squats to see if im equal and loose. did some ladder...
