cyprusnic Shoulders, traps and abs yesterday...today legs. Even though I still die from the new program with supersets only I slowly get used to it.

  • Supersets are a real muscle shockers, I cycle them every 2-3 weeks otherwise body gets used to the load and/or is too worn out
