Well I use to workout but I stopped. My brother works out a lot and health conscious and he is always yelling at me about eating healthier and exercising

Find a low fat, low carb diet that works for you & a routine & just stick with it. Results don't come over night, just have to be patient.

Both my wife (bodyspace name: judimax) and I not only needed body transformations but got them. We used the Body for Life program, which is only 12 weeks and I lost over 50 lb's and she had great results, if you are interested I recommend you give it a look-see. It isn’t super easy nor so hard that you can’t achieve your goals. I wish you strength, determination and success and if we can be of assistance give either of us a yell.
