eh...it's not. i can do 1-2 days a week of real training max...which is basically just a ME squat and a DE squat day. I can't do any pressing. I can't do any rows. I can't do deadlifts. I can only do arms, good mornings and squats.
Just spending time with the family (they came up to visit) which is good because I have not seen them for a while! How have you been? Got any competitions coming up?
hey man, i follow ron strahans journal and have seen you post there from time to time.. i saw in a diffrent thread you saying the last time you cut you lost alot of muscle, why do you think you went wrong? this also happend to me.. just wanting some tips on how you went about it this time what macros how much cardio etc?? thanks alot youre looking awesome!
Was at UT Austin for a little while (2 yrs), then it became too expensive. Loved TX while I was there though. Nice physique and stats, good luck with goals!
