Blindead eh...it's not. i can do 1-2 days a week of real training max...which is basically just a ME squat and a DE squat day. I can't do any pressing. I can't do any rows. I can't do deadlifts. I can only do arms, good mornings and squats. Aug 8, 2009 12:47am
