How I Started:
I was always skinny as a kid. I want to have an athletic build and I want to put weight on.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it gives me a feel good high. I feel so healthy after I work out and it's a confidence booster.
How I Stay Motivated:
That's a problem for me. I do well at staying with it until something hectic at school/work happens and then I start slipping. I am hoping that my bodyspace account will help keep me on top of things.

I am looking to have a toned/athletic body with nice legs...
Goal (Long):
I want pretty legs and nice abs. I want to be toned and fit for summer. I have been tiny (skinny) since childhood. Right now I need to figure out what to eat(/what not to eat) in order to put on a little weight that I can turn into muscle...Any info is helpful :D

I'm doing great! This week i'm mainly doing cardio.Starting Mon I'll hit the weights again.I needed a break! Glad to hear your training hard.Can't wait to see your progress pics.
That's great news! I've been training hard and steady.I'm trying to put on about 10 lbs and hopefully all muscle.Have you enjoyed your summer break so far?
How is your routine going? The one thing that always helps me start is youtube.I'll go on there and check out some muscle videos and before I know it, i'm running to the weights.Keep up the great progress

It's funny because about 30 days ago I could'nt really see them until I changed my diet and increased my cardio.I have always incorporated an ab workout on all 5 training days.I'm really looking forward to the next 30 days.You look very pretty and I'm sure you will have an awesome body if your consistant.Good luck and give it your all!
