I reached my goal. I went down from starting a 129 Lbs to 119 Lbs. Hmm.... I think I wanna be and stay ay a 116 Lbs. How about 17% Body Fat?

Finally down to 119.4 Lbs and 20.2% Body Fat. I still got more work to do
