Sports baseball and football and just wanting to look better but fell in love with it while doing sports!
Why I Love It:
Love pushing myself to the edge and breaking through and accomplishing my goals and having new ones and reaching them and proving ppl wrong I can do this!
How I Stay Motivated:
gettin into to the shape and reaching my goals and proving all the ppl who say i will always be small.
i want to gain 20-30 lbs and be lean all together since i went to boot camp and tech school with air force where i lost around 30 lbs and were not able to lift.
Diet, Diet , and Diet!! That is the best way to gain mass and lean up as well. Also, keep switching up your workout program. Let me know if you need any help. I am always willing to help out for anyone who needs it. Keep working hard.

The best thing to do is make your own protein gainer up. That is what I do. Check out my blogs for more info and my sups I take. Find a good "Isolate" protein and add 50g of Dextrose and 50g of Waxy Maize to it. You can find both all of them on here BB.com. Popps
