Sports baseball and football and just wanting to look better but fell in love with it while doing sports!
Why I Love It:
Love pushing myself to the edge and breaking through and accomplishing my goals and having new ones and reaching them and proving ppl wrong I can do this!
How I Stay Motivated:

i want to gain 20-30 lbs and be lean all together since i went to boot camp and tech school with air force where i lost around 30 lbs and were not able to lift.
The best thing to do is make your own protein gainer up. That is what I do. Check out my blogs for more info and my sups I take. Find a good "Isolate" protein and add 50g of Dextrose and 50g of Waxy Maize to it. You can find both all of them on here BB.com. Popps

when i wanted to gain weight every night i would eat a peanut butter sandwhich no jelly lol u dont need tht sugar but right now ive been training pretty late so ive been eating dinner at 830 or 9 so i just stick to tht wat i do is eat small meals throughout the day tht helps
diets pretty strict bro egg whites oatmeal in monrning turkey chicken peanut butter throughout day muscle milk before after workout and dinner and i lift hard 5 daysa week heavy ass weight u do all tht ull see some progress
Thats great brother and congrats on the baby. Im glad you like the workout. Its intense but it really works. Wish you well with it. Yes some guys gain during the wifes pregnancy. I lost, cause in my mind, theirs goes away. So I didnt want to gain. Every one is different. But anyway, hope it works well for you. Hollar if you need any pointers..etc.
..saying that for me children are impossable. i cannnot have any dou to my condition but i am just amazed at young fathers....sorry mate.
