cwestwjgchanged Weight from 201 lbs. to 199 lbs., a 2 lb. loss in 4 days
I am currently 198 and 11.8% bodyfat and hope to get to 205 and 7% in the next year. At my age just want to stay fit and try to live alot longer. I decided to join up and get some info after a recent plateau that I can't seem to bust.
Updated all my measurements and one rep max for everything today. Got it all in the last two days at the new gym. Going to take a day off and give the squat another try think I was just burned out by the time I got to it.
