Bicep workout
I start off with 1 arm dumbell curls on the preacher curl I put the end of my elbow on the end to concentrate the muscle make sure you lean over you may have to alternate this b/c of your height just make sure you concentrate on the muscle and don't pull up using your back/shoulder keep it all on the bicep I do 5 sets 3 heavy 6 reps 2 with a weight i can get 8 times with no problem 5 sets in all.
