6'0" 148lbs  6'0" 148lbs I want to trim my back. Loose fat back there, but I'm already at 10% . . I don't know how to get lower without more cardio.

I've switched to a 4 day workout and i've found a legitimate lifting partner. Also, i've started taking a multivitamin and muscle milk lean formula.
Other than that, my back is sore from lifting and I'm not in the mood to update with too much detail, but i'll be back at thi sometime later...
