I started weight training in my fitness class my senior year of high school and after that class was over with all the way up until now, I have slacked off and haven't done much of anything and I want to get back on track with things and get in really good shape
Why I Love It:
It can boost ones confidence tenfold and you live a very healthy lifestyle and having a muscular physique is not too bad on the eyes either! And I am a hip-hop dancer also, so being in shape will enhance my conditioning when dancing
How I Stay Motivated:
Well when I do start my journey on where I want to go, the motivation of being healthier and being able be in shape when i dance
Also, I am more motivated by WOMEN to get in shape more then men(hence why I have more women on my friend list then men)because:
1. I find women more attractive when a woman takes care of her physical well being
2. Men are naturally born with more defined, matured muscle then women so it takes much more work and harder dedication for them to get into the shape like that of a fitness model or bodybuilder
BB Accomplishments:
Don't really have any now because my journey has not started yet so there will be updates to come in the future...if there are any lol

Another inspiration from someone around my age that shows even young people can have well matured, defined physiques if you just work hard enough and keep your eyes on the prize!!! When I grow up I wanna be just like her!!!!
I mean REALLY!!!!! Just look at her!!! Even if I do get into shape, I don't think my genes aill be good enough to have abs of this caliber. but nonetheless you can take one look at her, and she makes you want to do extra reps
