Well my first weights training session woulda been 1999 i used to help(spot) my older brother on this gungy frame that my father built. One day my brother just told me ta have a go we only had a light bar and some adjustable dumbells in total i think there was about 80kg but at the time that was a good start. Pretty much from the i just steem roled into it i would train every day and then i started using the school gym when i turned 17.
Why I Love It:
I just love the rush of it callenging yourself everyday to do better then before like an artist sculping my body and yerning for that feeling/pain in my muscles the next morning that feeling of growth knowing youve done a good job.
How I Stay Motivated:
My motivation usually comes from music the hard stuff like ramstein and tool, gets my head going into workout mode drumb and base or anytin with a mad head numbing hardcore beat makes me zone out and amp up!! so if i dont talk to you in the gym its not coz i dont like you its coz my heads in the game everything but the weight i lift is just fuzz....
BB Accomplishments:
2005-2006 managed to get below 5% bodyfat that was awesome!!!

Yeh so i set myself a goal last week to do a 500kg leg press over the weekend i was sorta on the buzz that i wouldnt be able to do it. All my work shifts have been changed and that is usually really bad for my training plan.
So yeh got up this morning was supposed to be doing back and hamz...
Well basically atm my workout programme is a 3 day split Consisting of 3 base moves for each day, these 3 moves are the 1s i have to do (takes around 30mins) and depending on my time limit i can add on more supporting exercises or not.
