Phantom410 is a guy that dont BS at alll, when he is in the gym or on the field he goes hard and dont leave until he satisfied! The moral of this sentence is that Phantom410 mindset inspire me to give 100% when I hit them weights or at work or life in general!
Weekend was not a weekend as I trianed and diet all weekend long. I am going to shoot my shots for the amateur hot body contest next Saturday, so this is the home stretch. Legs all day today and back and chest and one hour of cardio tomorrow.
No working out for LB! I just finished my season so I'm taking a week or 2 off. Doing some shoots and all that good stuff. So looking forward to it, but I'll miss the gym! :)
Yeah, I'm ready to go! Back and triceps today. I will probably throw in some deadlifts. Last week workout sucked...due to traveling. Got get back on the program. What about you?
I wish I played pro ball but I know I can play college but 4 months ago I tore all the ligaments in my ankle blocking some one so that sucked I use to be agle to touch 11-2 and even hit my elbow on the rim but I can still dunk but it is not on everybody anymore just on open lanes and breakways. Do you evver play basketball?
Then make a new way. Create your own opportunity. It's hard, I KNOW. Trust me every step I take, someone knocks me down two. So I take 3 steps at once and slowly Im making the climb. If u could see how my day went u might feel a lot better about ur prospects. But hate only makes me stronger!
I just gor from the gym doing some interval training but i will go back in the afternoon and do back and abs and more cardio since I have a basketball game tonight. What are you going to be doing this week?
