When I go outside to do intervals I do a warm up 5 min jog.Then sprint for 20 seconds and rest for 40 seconds and do that 10 to 15 times and then do a 2-3 min cool down jog. It sucks but I can tell that it works for me.

My body parts are still the same as listed I just changed the weights & reps for bulking up. Still 6 days a week but low impact cardio & HIIT sprints.

Weekend was good homie. Ready to tackle the world this week. Chest tomorrow! I hit back in biceps today. I'm really focusing on these two muscle groups becasue that is were I feel I lack. Hitting them twice a week. How are you're workouts going???

You seem like you are on your way to get ripped. When are you doing your cardio? I go in the morning before I eat and go to work and as well as lift after work and do another 20 -30 minutes of speed intervals. I found out that doing cardio twice a day is helping me.
