I gained 30 lbs in the last year. I am going to take that off and like what I see in the mirror naked! ha, ha! I want to feel stunning and sexy again. I was looking for friends to help me along the way.

SOMETIMES I USE SMALL WEIGHTS ON MY LEGS DURING MY DAILY ACTIVITIES, THAT WAY YOU WORK THEM A LITTLE... IT HELPS A LOT FOR CALVES....BE CAREFUL AT THE BEGINNING AS THE KNEE ARTICULATION SOMETIMES GETS A LITTLE "LIKE TIRED"
