SOMETIMES I USE SMALL WEIGHTS ON MY LEGS DURING MY DAILY ACTIVITIES, THAT WAY YOU WORK THEM A LITTLE... IT HELPS A LOT FOR CALVES....BE CAREFUL AT THE BEGINNING AS THE KNEE ARTICULATION SOMETIMES GETS A LITTLE "LIKE TIRED"

Try eating your favorite food or foods such as a delicious pizza or a chocolate cake BUT EAT IT AMAZINGLY SLOOOOOWWWLYYYY, SORRY WRONG ORTOGRAPHY...
