How I Started:
I was a little chunky in the stomach area and I was tired of seeing the beer belly. Now that I too got thin I decided I would rather have muscles instead of skinny. I started doing exerices before I went to work in the morning.
Why I Love It:
It gives me more confidence and I can see changes in my body.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing great bodies on tv, mag. etc. and wanting to look that way. Pushing hard and never giving up.

Yeah man patience is the word! You have to eat correctly and train hard consistently, not for months, but usually for 2-3 years to get the body you want! Some people are gifted genetically (which I'm not) and it comes faster for them. Hang in there bro!
