How I Started: I'm a recreational gym person. I've let myself slack in the last 18+ months because of other things getting in the way. (School, work, broken foot, strained rotator cuff 2x, 2-new puppies, family time)
Why I Love It: I love the feeling of accomplishment after finishing a great workout!
How I Stay Motivated: I put on a pair of my skinny jeans (size 0/25) and prance around in front of a mirror. A skimpy bikini works too! :)
