Starting day 3 of the Kris Gethin 12 week transformation. I cooked almost all of the food on monday that I would need for this week. I was rather proud of myself especially for how the fish turned out. THe first day was brutal with eating. I found myself just forcing food down to the point that I began scaling back on the amounts.
