Starting day 3 of the Kris Gethin 12 week transformation. I cooked almost all of the food on monday that I would need for this week. I was rather proud of myself especially for how the fish turned out. THe first day was brutal with eating. I found myself just forcing food down to the point that I began scaling back on the amounts. knowlesda1 Good choice bud! just remember you dont want to skip the meal all together. drink a protein shake, or eat a potato, or even a cup of brown rice about 30 min before. it will give you the energy you will crave throughout your workout Jan 21, 2012 1:05pm
