How I Started:
I started off with a fitness lifestyle as a kid getting a black belt in Tae Kwon Do when I was 16. I have been working out in some form or fashion, ever since whether it's been running, lifting weights, cardio at the gym, etc.,
I earned my personal training certification and group exercise certification after many years of training. In retrospect, I wish had done so many years earlier. I would have been able to spend my time in the gym more wisely and help more people. But I'm still learning new things all the time.
About 10 pounds heavier, lifting heavier for last couple of months and feel stronger. But lost definition. Time to start leaning down. Trying to keep cycles to a 10 pound swing instead of the 20-25 I did when I was younger.
