Indomitable My ruptured tricep s tendon continues to heal and I regained full range of motion and started doing some very embarrassingly light weight.

Doctor,whattya mean I can't life for 3-4 months and not get back to 100% for 6 months to a year?!!! Â I was just doing dumbbell incline presses with what I thought were 100 lb dumbbells . Â Unfortunately, I picked up a 100 lb dumbbell and a 105 dumbbell. Â No big difference? right? Â Wrong, it set me offf balance and when I tried to correct, my left arm got into the wrong angle and collapsed. Â Now, I've done much more weight than that and had just finished an easy set of... Indomitable Still recovering from triceps tendon rupture. A couple more months before I can start lifting. But will try to be indomitable.
