When I Started:
Mar, 2009
How I Started:
Took two years off from the gym. Being an ectomorph, I tend to lean down when taking time off. Looking forward to hitting the weights and packing on some muscle mass again.
Bodyweight as of 02/01/2009 was 160 lbs.
Why I Love It:
Great confidence booster and all around way of both feeling & looking healthier.
