Goal (Long):
Back in high school I was a 3-sport athlete. I had a six pack that won me best abs at our school's bodybuilding show. Fast forward 8 years later and I'm almost 80 lbs heavier, playing World of Warcraft in the morning instead of working out, and sick and tired of generally being out of shape.
Ok so first off I apologize for slacking on the blogging side of things, its been a wierd and hectic week. I've also slacked on workouts which has really sucked. This week I had to go in to work at 5am on Wednesday so it has thrown my schedule completely out of whack. The good news is that...
Happy New Year! Have you done some more wii training? Hope its going well. Thanks for the tip on training with sweats on squats, etc...I actually do see how that would help, mainly psychologically, but a help.
