6 months after I had my 3rd child, I couldn't fit into my pre-pregnancy clothes. Had to make a change!!

Still bulking so bodyfat is high right now. But, it's coming along. Can't wait to cut to shed the extra pounds and see some abs!!
With even a pretty clean bulk, abs have disappeared but I will see them again soon. This is a relaxed, no flexing anywhere pose. Looking a bit soft.

I rest 45-60 seconds. I cut back on cardio to build muscle. So I rest with less time in between to give me the benefits of cardio.

I have really been lazy about keeping this blog updated.  I keep a written workout journal so sometimes this feels a little redundant.  Nonetheless, today I worked legs.  I warmed up with a 4 minute brisk walk 12 minute jog 2 minute brisk and 2 minute cool down.  It was a light weight...

2 days a week on - 1 day off; day 1: back/delts/triceps/core @ 7 sets x 12-15 reps + cardio day 2: legs/chest/biceps/core @ 7 sets x 12-15 reps + cardio; aiming for strength and the muscle will come afterwards;

nutrition:- Meal 1 (8am after workout + intense cardio): protein/wholegrain carbs (1 small cooked cup) + efa Meal 2 (11.30am): protein/vegetables (2 cups) + efa Meal 3 (3pm): mrp (45g protein/15g carbs/efa) Meal 4 (6.30pm): protein/green salad carbs Meal 5 (light cardio; 10pm): pre-bedtime protein drink + 1 tbsp EFA (no carbs) i'll be blogging it all my dear...and yeh, will add pics now :-(

erm...ahem...good call!!! my only answer is my bod is not as beautiful as my face (thanks for the compliment by the way); i think Bodyspace will crash under the weight of my photo alone; but i need to; by the way, what you are putting out at the moment is pleasing anyway (i.e. nice bum...there, i said it!)
