Any weight loss since your last post? Keep shedding the weight, I know you can do it if you stick with it. It's not hard just do it

I am on target with my weight but body fat was somewhat high and will take longer then June 1st to get to 10%. I really don't like to lose more then two pounds a week. If I could gain some muscle at the same time losing fat, I would be real happy but that is not the case. I may just hoover around 185 and attempt to cut fat and gain muscle, not sure. There is a contest here in Arizona at the end of August but not sure I want to go down to 170-175 to ready. I am going to play it by ear.

Curt, You can get any animal product you want right here on badyspace.com, just go to the store tab and enter animal cuts. I thought you were looking for animal pak, that's what you were taking when you were out here with me.

You can make your fitness dreams come true. I lost over 50 lb’s and dropped my bodyfat from approx. 36% to 10% in only 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. It’s not super easy but still not so hard that you can’t reach your goals. Challenge yourself and you will get where you want to be and the results will be well worth the effort.
