I was three years old. You like the jacket? And, yes, I have been "bald" all my life. :) I tried to enter the date "1965-08-21" and the BodySpace server or software whoziwhatsis shrieked "That date is more than 25 years old!!" True. See the blog. :)
|
185 lbs. in these pics. What, only a TWO pound loss since February? I wasn't really worried about losing. Btdt and I look like a prisoner of war at a low body weight. Maintained fair consistency in the gym and am on a new eating plan - the Wavelength diet. Google it. Perfect for people with a modest appetite. Through the contest I discovered that I no longer hate Nitro-Tech. I remember it tasting godawful, but their chocolate and their cookies and cream are both mighty tasty! Wishing everyone continued success in their training goals! :-)

I weigh 160 pounds in this pic taken near the end of September. My goal is noticeable improvement (more visible abs and obliques) by the end of October.

I'm 155 here. TuffGirl says, “Keep it simple and let it be black.” My boxers aren't black, but they're not thongs either! Read TG's rant in her Oct. 9 blog! :)

Bah. Weighing 153 in this pic, but not feeling especially good about the midsection. New ab training tonight!

I actually think this was taken this morning, October 21. MAN! Lack of carbs is EATING MY BRAIN!!!! Actually, I'm not counting proteins or carbs. Just calories while avoiding fat. And I am making a conscious effort to increase my protein to spare what little muscle I currently possess. I'm going to work in a carb experiment, too, but today was not that day.

This pic was taken after an 8000-calorie weekend. Okay, not quite, but I was chowing down compared to the past several weeks.

I'm not sure what I weighed here. 156? I jumped significantly from my illusory, dehydrated-as-heeeell 149 of a week before. Currently at 165. You've heard about "muscle memory," well, I strongly suspect there's also FAT memory. ;)

I weigh about 170 lbs. here. Up from 150 lbs. just a month ago. I actually dipped down to 149 lbs. on the scale, but much of that was the illusion of a dehydrated state. Now I'm eating 3000 calories a day and 200 grams protein every day, too, in an effort to pack some meat on these bones.

No, it's not a neck exercise. It's an attempt at humor. When your physique's not perfect, wear a funny hat. It works every time! :)

Tip from the structurally impaired: Twist at the hips to make your waist appear smaller and your shoulders appear wider. (Now just try walking around the gym like this, though. NOT an easy feat.)

The only option they offer is "Back Relaxed" but, come on, I'm flexing my triceps a bit and pulling my shoulders back attempting to look as diiiiesel as possible. Grrr! The tattoo was my first. A "tester" tattoo to see how much they hurt. It's a black lizard done about ten years ago.

I have a sheet of butcher paper hanging on the wall as my background. Cropped the forearms because I don't need anyone to see the mess of my apartment. :) Yeah, laundry is piled up to the ceiling on either side of me in the picture. Okay, it's not, but I really do need to do laundry. TODAY!

I was actually very happy to hit 200. I've never weighed that in my life. And being a life-long stick man, it's pretty cool to step on the scale and see 2-anything. I was 204 on the nurse's scale at work (school). But the 39" waist kinda offsets that happiness. lol
