i have been wouking out since sixth grade. i use to b known as the fat kid but then i started powerlifting and i became a beest both on and off the feild .now im just looking for the pefict strengthe body and stamina.
Why I Love It:
i love it because i love the feeling i get when i just worked out .the burn
How I Stay Motivated:
i eather look at pictures of me in like third grade when i was fat .and also i no if i dont i wont play ball inn college

i am a power lifte i feel week cause i have older cousins and there huge so i dont lieave the gym

i want to b a monster i plan on being 6"5' full grown so ill have the size i want to b on monster on the football feild and play a sport i no the nfl is extremely hard to join so im looking into arena footbal or the europen league
its not all about muscle mass mate. you can be too big sometimes. bench isn't everything aswell squat will improve your lower half. you don't want to be top heavy. keep up your conditioning and keep targets in your head for exercises. peopel rate bench too high there are more exercises out there. strength is just one piece of the big puzzle. caffienne is good to make you concentrate. multi vitamin and a cod liver oil are good.
