Farly well aside from the fact that my martial arts student called as a no show today and rescheduled for thursday which throwes off the whole week becaus i can not work out on friday due to a trip to new jersey! I will probibly endup feeling ****ty tomarow and tryinf to do 2 hard days with no rest in between. What a pain in the ass!

Nah, no competing for me yet. I guess I'm in it cuz I like seeing progress. Maybe a competition is somewhere in the future though. What about you?
