Was way too fat and wanted to get a girlfriend my senior year of high school

How I Stay Motivated:
I don't. It is very hard for me to stay motivated for a long period of time. I tend to loose weight and gain it back all the time.
BB Accomplishments:
End of my senior year gat weight down to 235 and got the girl I had been wanting for over a year. Have now been married for 5 years.

I would like to lose 80 pounds of fat and add 20- 30 pounds of muscle by 2010.
Goal (Long):
The main reason I am trying to lose 80 pounds is so I can be back to then weight I was when me and my wife started going out 9 years ago. Second is for my 6 year old and one year old so i can be around for them. Third is that i've always wanted to be more fit than my two brothers who were always smaller than me.

Curjo, I lost 65lbs in 2007 during a 16 weeks period. If you stick to it, you can easily hit your golas by 2009.

Challenge yourself and you will get where you want to be. The real secret, if there really is one is in eating 5 or 6 clean, small, healthy meals a day, working out with weights 3-4 times a week and doing cardio at least 3 times a week. I chose the Body for Life program for my much-needed body transformation and lost over 50 lb’s in only 12 weeks by following it. Give me a yell if I can be of assistance.
