How I Started:
I finally realized I could either use the "i had a baby" excuse to comfort myself when I see other women wear stuff that I would LOVE to wear OR I can whip my loose skinned self into shape and wear whatever I please and look fabulous in it!
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel so much better I feel like I have more energy.
How I Stay Motivated:
I take off my shirt and look in the mirror. I walk (the sensation of my once firm thighs jiggling)gives me motivation!!!
BB Accomplishments:
well right now I just started so that in itself is an accomplishment in my book.

yeah this is what happens when a planet deflates quickly and you dont do much about it. my daughter was born july 9th 08. it has been over a year...time to do something about this!!!!!
Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
He motivates me. It is so much easier to stick to a routine if someone else does it with me.

Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
There is exercise equipment there and room. I get motivated because someone walks by with a great body and I know that if I work out harder I can achieve that look as well.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I get into my workout clothes and that just makes me excited since I hadnt had "workout" clothes in awhile.
