I'm impressed that you're able to get such good results with only working out 3 times a week (with weights).. i've been working out for ten years or so and I have always subscribed to doing more work in the gym in an effort to reach my goals.. only I rarely reach my goals and here lately i've been thinking it's because of over training.. i wonder if i was to cut my workouts down to three days a week if that would help in getting gains..
