I am good with the gym,I am dedicated with that,it is eating healthy.This weekend was horrible,Easter weekend.We had so much candy and bad food in the house.I have no control with chocolate and cupcakes.I am so mad at myself for giving in,I am so weak.We can do it,I will eat healthy and you will go to the gym.Don't let there be excuses,just do it.

I am here when ever you need someone.I am so busy today and really sore from working out last night,but I want to go to the gym.EERR this is so hard.I think I will go but take it a little easy. Monday was my day off.

Come on you can do it.When you get out of bed just think of a healthier you.I get like that too but then I think of my husband coming home looking all sexy and me looking all sexy.That really gets me motivated.We can do this together,just push those bad thoughts out of your head.
