My tips is Just to get your metabolism as high as you can. Eating more often smaller meals helps. and the only thing i can tell you is that when your in the gym and your sore and you wanna quit know the pain is a good pain. Big pain = Big Gain

Thanks for the add. Nice to see you're motivated and feeling good about yourself now and about your accomplishments so far. Stick to short reachable goals so when you get there you feel great and ready to move on. Keep on swimming also...great cardio from shoulders to legs...You've gotten solid advice from people and look at info on SEARCH engine at bottom of site also. Tons of good advice and programs for teens there. Andre

Best of luck with the goals. Stay motivated, keep it fun and take your time. Remember also to feed your body well, it's still changing and growing on the inside. Listen to it when it needs food or rest. Take good care of it and it'll give you all the muscle you want. Keep us posted also. Andre

Start with what you eat man... cut out all the crap. Lots of protein... try to get your diet to be 40% Protein, 40% Carbs, and only 20% of monosaturated fats.
