5'9.5" 195, trying to do a bulk without getting fat.
Goal is to be about 195 @10% bodyfat---Ideally a lean mass of 175. Then cut to 187 @ 7%

awesome look ya got there mt friend. I realize how hard it is doing tghis at our age. I too am trying to rebuild the shape I had a few, well several years ago. so I can sympathize with ya.
Thanks, small waist makes it look bigger. They used to be twigs. I tell ya, the amount of work I've put into squatting dwarfs everything else, nothing else even comes close. You're lookin' lean man, good work and good luck getting to 6%bf when the time comes.
Just read your "gauntlet".Sounds like a good way to keep honest. 179 - 180 seems to be a body set point for me . Dont think I wantto get lower into the 170's. Love to get the bf% around 8%. will be in touch.
