How I Started:
I get intrestend in fitness/bodybuilding and want it to experience it myself so i get myself to a gym and tryed to workout. and liked it.
Why I Love It:
it's cool to see the results of hard working. It looks awsome to gain some huge ripped muscles and it confidence myself. see other people growing makes me wanna get bigger either. being bigger the rest motivates me to work hard ( i am not big yet but it will come! )
How I Stay Motivated:
the results that i achief and looking and remember myself of what i could look like. And also people that support me and advise me. So when you visit my profile please leave a comment or a message! BTW...i am from Holland so i don't understand all the terms, workouts and weigts in English...i try to learn them asap so please when possible...advise and help is VERY welcome!! thanks in advance
