How I Started:
My friend was bodybuilding and it was a sport for me after i graduated school? I love sports and now this is my sport.
Why I Love It:
I find reading about muscle interesting and i love the feeling after an intense workout. I also love hearing compliments from people and also seeing gains in the mirror. I love it all!!
How I Stay Motivated:
MY brother, who is my lifting partner is always making sure i go, even to the early morning training sessions. Also seeing all the people bigger than me.
