You cant get where you are going with out knowing where you have been. This was me before... 272 The highest weight ever. And don't I look so happy?  So this is tough for me to put up here..I have managed to gain a bunch of weight back. But the best part of being human is you always get a fresh start. So here I am again at 235, but not for long.Enough is enough...back on track

since the doc cleared me i've been hitting it hard the last 2+ months. I'm still carrying a little extra body fat but i'm stronger than i've ever been. Gonna start a cut in about 3 weeks. I'll have some pics up soon..
