It's a superset world for me and my trainer. Four sets of whatever exercise for whatever body part worked out till exhaustion and then he helps me with pushing me for 3-5 more reps of that same exercise. It is then immediatley followed by a second exercise, no rest between sets, of the same: works me till completely exhaustion, then he assists me with 3 to 5 more reps. I never know how many reps I'm going to do for any particular set - it's all a matter of when I exhaust then add 3-5 more reps.It's a superset world for me and my trainer.
