ok i have been starting and stoping and starting again for about the last 3 years not really getting anywhere. i am ready to get started and get somewhere with working out i need to change everything in my life and if i dont do it soon i wont do it at all.
Why I Love It:
its a great way to release stress plus it just makes me feel better
How I Stay Motivated:
cause i want a fit g/f and i want to be fit for her also. I would like to do more outdoor stuff so i feel that if i am in better shape i will do more.

Well, the best tips I can give are patience, conviction and education. Being proactive about your diet and not stressing over the # of pounds you may or may not be losing. Keep exercising and stick to traditional methods like hard work and healthy foods.
