hey man, i was just wondering what u thought of two-a-days. i was thinking about doing heavy bench in the AM and assistance in the PM. then i'd do deads and bi's the same way. thanks.

stick to the basics. do everything heavy for 6-10 reps. try barbell and dumbbell bench for chest. add in some weighted pullups and barbell rows for back.
