My friend, a football player, was always working out in high school. He was big but not very lean. As a swimmer and wrestler, I thought I would show him how it's done and get beefed up the right way.
Why I Love It:
I thrive for the pump. It clears my head so I can focus better on schoolwork and other important issues.
Lifting is my hobby. It should never be more important than work, relationships, or God.

hey man, i'm 17 years old and a senior in high school. i remember stumbling upon teenbodybuilding.com and seeing you as "teen of the week". your physique really inspired me and ive been lifting since june and seeing good results. i saw that u go to AU, thats awesome b/c i just applied there and am being recruited for lacrosse.

CT, Thanks alot for the complement. It means alot coming from you bro. I always found you amazing. I am glad that you are making the adjustments. It hard leaving what you've always know and was use to and go to a totally different place. You will do fine cause you are a strong individual. Hang in there bro. My training is going well. Been doing my calis/lifting combo. Its really work well as you can see. Its intense, but I like intense. So we will see as time goes on. Thanks again bro.
