I did pretty crappy... The judging was worthless:)Haha! Honestly though it was a horribly run show, started 2 hours late, no expeditors, NO PUMP ROOM, and the MC/promoter was a joke...other than that I had a blast!

No I seriously considered it, I just did the Musclemania New York show that's why I'm in good condition. I am traveling again this weekend and I have family coming out for Thanksgiving so I just didn't want to try and fit it all in. I realized what traveling can do to the body. I held rediculous water when flying to NY and I paid for it in prejudging. What about you?

Of course bro! I am the fitness coordinator/ personal trainer of a private community in North Phoenix. It's not a traditional gym but I have plenty of clients and its a great place to workl.

Nice bro thanks for the reply. I had heard a rumor that Maximum sold to powerhouse and that powerhouse also bought out two more locations. I'm going to check it out!

I'm good but I'm busy as hell with work and my company. I am headed to Chicago(lincolnshire) next month for a friend from college' wedding, can't wait!

First, judging by your physique, you have a super fast metabolism..so eat,eat,eat more protein. If you can start working out more days a week to focus on one bodypart at a time, try this. Warm-up pull-ups, then Wide grip lat pulls, 4 sets, 15-12-10-failure, increasing weight, then bentover barbell rows, then heavy onearm db rows, then a cable row superset with close grip lat pulls. Get a trainer to watch you, form is everything, good luck bro!

Hey hub, I also live in Scotts, I was wondering what you think of training at Maximum? Or do you own it? I have been told it is a great Hardcore gym to train at. I was thinking of starting there or trying it out. What I'm really asking is.. 'Do people frown upon actually working out hard?' LOL.. Let me know thanks.
