Hey bro I have no idea if I ever responded to your question about Maximum Fitness or not. lol. I apologize if I didn't. I never noticed I had a comment. Maximum Fitness is now Powerhouse Fitness. It is a hardcore gym that you can lift at without being eyeballed.
Right now I'm eating 50 grams (or under) at about 230 lbs. I'm gonna go for 8 days low and three days of carbing back up for a few cycles, unless I start losing too much- if that happens I'll just shorten the low carb stretches. Best of luck with your training bro!
