I work out six days a week.
Sunday is my off day.
I have a cheat day every other Friday for food.
I keep a high protein low carb diet.
Monday - legs and abs
Tuesday- Back and shoulders
Wednesday- Chest and arms
then repeat for the next three days
I do 30 mins of cardio HIIT training everyday except Sunday I rest |
