Ive always worked out about 3 times a week or less ive just recently bumped it up! Now I work out 6 days a week in the mornings. It's hard to find time to do anything else between balancing school, full time job, working out, and making a relationship work but I love to shop and travel!!

omg embarrassing! around 140 here... prob should of picked better under attire too....
Recently I have been working out at the local Community Center because my gym has become WAY too over crowded with equiptment and people. Plus my membership is free at the Community Center because I work for the city. The gym at the Community Center is nice but SUPA...
2 days latter...HAHAAHAHH
I put ice cubes, flaxseed oil, eater, glutamine, fat/sugar free Jello chocolate puding powfer and 1/2 cup of oatmeal and 3 scoops of whey and blend it...
It's delicious!!! Only before ti would be thick and creamy and this new one is kinda watery...I duno...

Hey, I use same whey protein poeder...Is yours kinda watery when mixed too??
It seems REALLY good reading the list of ingridients but I put 3 scoops and its still little runny!

idk I have only been taking one pill a day an that i more than enough for me. I feel like i have to run in circles. I have not taken any while at work. I may take one beofre work ends like within 2 hrs. to be safe. did it work for u at all ?
