What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
6-15 reps, generally start high and decrease reps as weight increases

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
depends, arms or chest a minute or two, legs and back can be several minutes to get neuromuscular system back down
